Ingredients
2/3 cup yogurt – I used a dairy free one but any plain/vanilla should work
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup monk fruit sweetener/granulated sweetener
1 egg
optional: chocolate chips – however many your heart desires

Instructions
-Mix the yogurt with the cocoa powder, egg and sugar
Optional: add in the chocolate chips
-Fill batter into a baking glass with parchment paper and top with more chocolate chips
-Bake @350f for 20-25 minutes (keep in longer for less fudgey, more firm brownies)
-Let them cool, slice up and enjoy!
