Straight forward depict the behavior with meaningful distinct data rows. Thumbs up bro.
explain: coalesce(val001, val002, defaultVal) function will return the first non-null value among its received parameter, if val001 is non-null, return val001 n doesn't look any further; it should have at least 1 non-null value as last resort while using this.
