What was your favorite moment or revelation from season 4 of Succession?

I liked how Tom was on the plane with Logan and he later became CEO. He was the one with Logan as he died, he had his eyes on the goal and was doing what it took to be the new leader. The siblings were at a wedding that none of them, save Connor, actually wanted to attend.

I'm going to miss this show. The ending is tragically bittersweet for many characters. I never noticed Shiv and Tom's posters revealing the ending. Shiv is basically in the same position with Tom as Caroline was with Logan, trapped in a loveless marriage with a Waystar CEO, and a child that's she not even sure she really wants.

Tom giving his hand at the end is more like a newly crowned king extending grace to someone obviously in a lower position, and Shiv having to comply. Tom won, impressive ending

Kendall didn’t kill the waiter. The dude grabbed the steering wheel while Ken was driving and caused the accident. Even the show avoided acknowledging this truth. Sure, Ken didn’t go all Jason Bourne and save the guy but he was probably already dead.

As a watch enthusiast, they even took great care to match the appropriate timepieces to each character to match the plot development!

The name "Ken". Ken really couldn't do the job. Also, the scene when Shiv was about to get married and Logan held her hand and assured her Tom was a good guy. I think Logan really meant it and Shiv took this to heart.

Back to the poster, it seems like the building balcony is forming the bow of a ship. The same ship from Conners wedding where they get the news about Logan.

I love this show attention to details so much but the Agatha Christie in me was a bit disappointed with the ending episode for neglecting the very subtle clue that was introduced in the very first episode just like all Agatha Christie novels. Remember Logan's Trust? He named all his four children along with his latest wife Marcia to the board seat and in the event he died his very own seat will go to Marcia thus give 2 votes to Marcia. So Kendall, Shiv and Roman had big issues with that clause remember? Only Connor didn't give a damn. I was so sure that the ending episode when the balance of the 6 vs 6 board members came into play, Marcia would walk in and broke the tied and put the end to the company family own just like when she made the executive decision and over ruled everyone in the early episode when Logan was in the hospital. Some how I had a feeling the creators of the show changed their mind and decided that it will be more sensational to have Shiv as the one who betrayed Kendall. However the end result is the same. The family lost control of the company in the end just the same.

I thought they took a deal that required them to give up their private jets. Ironically if they had really done so Logan might have survived his heart attack.

You guys need to stop painting Tom as some lovesick victim of the "horrible heartless Shiv". After the humiliation, the condescension, the cheating and even inviting her lover to their wedding Tom was fully onboard to marry and eat poo... until he thought she was blocking his ascension in HER family's business end of S3. His betrayal showed us all what really mattered to him and the real reason why he's with her. Her dad, brothers and everyone else in the show knew what he was... a gold digging, power hungry parasite who would have nothing to do with Shiv if she weren't a Roy.

Am I the only one from the start who thought that Tom or Greg was gonna take over

I was thrown off my Tom and Cousin Greg’s casual drug use in season 4 . I thought sure it would make them spiral and thus ineligible for leadership. I’m still haunted as to how this plays out beyond the show. Why show it if it doesn’t cause a catastrophic blunder In decision making? What do you think?

Lol....the production definitely didn't "choose" the grey sky for Connors wedding. You get what you get with the sky in a specific location that has to be set so many weeks in advance. But loved what you said about the " killer" reference being circular.

everyone is overreaching about Succession.... it's not * that * - remind me of Lost and all those crazy theories

Wait that was the end? That was so anticlimactic.

Great show however could have ended after season 3

I missed the part where the final season was any better than GoT's. Sorry...it felt almost improvised much of the time. The obvious of the interaction between the siblings was just a mess...kinda like treading water.

i missed how every character in season 4 speaks like they are all one character. "Yea?... YEA?..." such crappy wiritng to an otherwise ok show very disappointing last season tho
