The water one reminds me that in parts of the US, presumably where they have privatised water, claim that rainwater belongs to the state and is illegal to harvest, kind of sickening to think that businesses have laid claim to the contents of clouds and made it a law to stop others from collecting it, but that's the US, they're all a bit weird over there...

5:11 How are robot calls even still effective? I thought everyone with a phone simply ignored it if the number was unrecognized. Hell I never answer my phone, if it's important enough they'll leave a message in the box and I'll get it later when I'm bored. Spam messages I simply block the number with the warm thought that eventually they'll run out of unblocked usable numbers when they are blocked by almost everyone.

Corporations are little more than money/profit factories. Anything and everything or anyone that gets in the way of that is a target to be eliminated, whether it be a common peasant or a politician or environmentalist or a former cog in the machine (employee) doesn't matter. The sooner everyone learns to accept that and realize there's not very much they can do about it in the real world the less time would be wasted bitching about it.
