Advantage of non-critical build:
Good against tanks
Fast cd reduction on skills (moskov's passive works well with golden staff)
Can build a defense item with only those three as your dmg items (even better if you have weapon's master as your emblem)

Advantage of critical build:
Faster powerspike
Can melt down squishy heroes very fast
Higher lifesteal (if you have any lifesteal items)

P.S: I am a Moskov main and I have tested both builds in the current meta, but these are just my opinions. Besides, both builds are good for Moskov and it depends on the situation which one is good to use.

Even if im a critical build lover, i agree that the non critical build can melt down any tanky heroes as it has dhs in it but imo critical build will be better than the non critical build if the any is squishy

I prefer non-critical because the fast attack speed helps to reduce cooldown skills 1 & 2 quickly, and we can move positions quickly because of skill 1, even though it doesn't hurt like critical but it's very helpful for solo rank players

I personally think atk spd/non crit is better, it'll also help u melt down tanky enemies

The non crit is better because it doesn't always need inspire. While the critical build lack of attack speed without inspire. Also the non crit helps you to reduce skill 1 and 2 which make the opponents harder to get you, and imagine with inspire like machine gun

Both is good in their own ways
Enemies full of squishy heroes? Simple, just use crits build and delete them in a count of seconds
Enemies are bunch of tanky heroes? Simple, just use the trio anti tank items build and melt their hp in a count of seconds

I think crit is way to go if ur tank is good or the enemy is to dumb to target you first since it can also be paired up with corrosion scythe and demon hunter allowing you to hit crits faster and hurt more, if not then go with attack speed so you have two more slots for more defensive items

I use to always build crit. But after i discovered that atk spd build.... I'm not even talking about if its better or not compared to the crit build, its just sooo satisfying 😂, everytime you use your first skill, it feels like ur using inspire even though ur not 🤣🤣, and looking at that is just so satisfying to me 👍

giving Moscov more range was the biggest mistake his annoying, constant blink and knockback and just split push and eats the tower like crazy no matter what

The so called Non Crit built is commonly known as Trinity built namely Corrosion, DHS, Golden staff or sometimes attack speed build.

I like more the non critical build because I can go without Inspire and still regening a lot. Instead I go with purify and it's so ez to prevent ganks

Depends. I saw some Moskov on Mythic but used non crit build against no tanky build team. And ended up feed when fighting Layla.

Depending on the enemy's composition. But personally I would go for golden staff with it's new effect.

just stun and dash to a good position, if u move u will reduce ttk, the attack procs the cd of the both skills, hypothetically if u stand still it wil be more efficent bcz u can keep dashing and stunning

Split the difference. Run Corrosion Scythe, Windtalker, Scarlet Phantom, Berserkers Fury, and Blade of Despair. You still have the attack speed to do sustain fights but you crit like a truck.

The only item that messes up the build is golden staff but thats only good to pair with DHS to double the procs against tanks.
