Hi...those folks were generous w/ their home!!!...you have made so many good friends on your travels. All these small villages are so much more endearing then the touristy towns. The beautiful peoples, the local cuisines.... & the bakeries, I'm w/ trent, a "must stop"!!! Frank is such a wonderful pooch & very well trained!!!

Proof your bread in the oven, if you are not using it to cook. Best draft free place. You can also sit your bowl in a pan of warm water in the oven to help it rise.
