I'm sorry... did you not realize there are ways to recover corrupted GoPro footage? FGI!!

COulda saved the footage. Corrupt GoPro footage is usually just missing a few closing bits from teh file matching the header. I've found ways to fix them before. Close the files where it stopped.

hope you realize you can salvage whats left of corrupted video files most of the time. you can sometimes get a cool datamoshing effect too.

I crashed my drone into a lake with my gopro 3+. Both sank deep into the water. The camera was naked and totally wet when I got everything out of the water. I thought the camera was ruined but it survived once it dried out. Records great and had no problems since. Tough camera!!!
