Such a fraud Company and the customer service is terrible. We have been contacting them since 1 month for service. Instead of considering the problem they have asked for extra money and are currently making fool out of us. Their senior executive of the service center have also misbehaved with us. Please donot install this product especially in the state of Kerala.

भाईयो kent का RO कभी मत लेना अगर कोई कंप्लेन आ गई तो co की service बहुत बेकार है।c co ना तो रिप्लेस करेगी और ना ही रिटर्न करेगी। मेरी पूरी फैमिली इनके RO का पानी पीकर बीमार पड़ गई लेकिन co बिलकुल नहीं सुनती कोई मरे co को कोई फर्क नही पड़ता।

Since I have changed the filters including the membrane of my machine in April-2024 the membrane only lasted for one month, again a new membrane fitted in may 2025 it worked only for few months, your service technician suggested to change the motor of the machine I followed and invested 3000/- he changed the valve I invested another 850/- 15 days back. Still the machine not working, the technician advising to change the membrane once more. How it is possible. I consume hardly 15/20 litre water per day. In six months I have invested 10000/-. Deplorable.
To run the machine shall I dispose off all my belongings?
It is exploitation by your company. I will uninstall it and throw out.
