AboutAs part of this free and shared infrastructure project, HowlRound publishes an announcement on its website, promotes the event on social media, and publishes and manages the video archive, provides on-call / remote technical consulting and support, provides analytics, and project manages the third-party addition of live captioning and post-production captions. (See the Google Doc for those extra expenses regarding captioning / accessibility.)
We encourage you to promote your event to your communities and social channels! Please send us handles and hashtags for any relevant social media accounts so that we can tag you in announcements. We recommend sharing our published announcement widely.

5:3 ratio in landscape. 550px x 330px minimum resolution is ideal, though larger resolution is also acceptable. File format: png gif jpg jpeg File size: please export the smallest size you can. Less than 100 kb would be ideal.
