Svag (norsk cover) - William Gamborg

The original version of "Svag" by Victor Leksell holds a special place in my heart for many reasons. Its beautiful melodies and poignant lyrics have touched me. Beyond its musical brilliance, the song serves as a meaningful bridge between my Swedish and Norwegian heritage. Growing up, I spoke Swedish with my Swedish cousins and Norwegian with my Norwegian cousins, making this song a poignant reminder of the cultural and familial ties that shape who I am.
To honor and reinterpret its beauty, I translated the song into Norwegian and performed a live acoustic version. This was my way of letting the song live in new and different ways, connecting even further with my dual heritage.
