The log cabin style was the first I learned to make and still a favorite! I've never been a great fan of the teepee, even though I know it makes a great campfire-like you said, it eats up wood. I *really* like your idea of putting down a hearth log first, seems wasteful not to now that I think about it. Can't wait to try that out. Thank you for explaining why you liked each one.

Awesome man. Personally i like the upside down fire. It doesn't put off much heat on a cold night though

Cool idea for a video. Ive always built the Tee Pee style and log cabin style, not really knowing it was a style. I like the log cabin style because of the air space between the logs lets it burn good, kinda why a wood pallet burns so good. Awesome vid!
