The main issue with a score is that it doesn't really represent the game truly enough. People will just use the score in arguments and fanboy comments without really understanding aspects of the game. The benefits of not giving a score is that people actually have to listen and fully understand the review.

Playing this game since a few hours, so far it's great, don't understand whats the hate about it.

that sucks if one person gets too far ahead (in this case loot); reminds me of tactics ogre where the enemies matched the highest level, so you had to grind for everyone to be the same level or have no chance.

I kind ow wish this was a dulestick shooter like geometry ward or more so GunBros. I think that gameplya style would fit the borderlands formula well

I've been playing this for a day and so and I reckon it's ok. I would rate it 6/10 it's decent but I would of wanted a dual stick shooter or an iPod version of first borderlands being a first person shooter

we were all hoping for XCOM style turn-based gameplay in the Borderlands environment... this is not that, and nor does it look good.
