For people who wonder whether the winner is valid because he arrives holding his glass. The list of penalties is as follows:
- Water level in the glass below the gauge located 10 cm from the glass: + 30 s
- Empty glass: + 1 min
- Missing or broken element: + 2 min
- Lost tray: disqualification
- Bad behaviour during the event: disqualification
- Tray carried with both hands: disqualification
- Failure to respect the course: disqualification
- Failure to comply with the dress code: no number, no start
The rule does not specify objects on the server's tray.
