A super fun dance workshop that I ran on Sunday 8th March 2020 - In spite of everything that is happening around the world, I hope this video brings a smile to your face, and I hope you are allowing yourself to dance (and stay fit) even when you are at home in self-isolation.

Lots of love to all the countries affected by this virus. New Zealand has announced Level 4 lock down today and I hope we all come together to make this coming month as easy going as possible (diminishing the virus at the same time!).

I am a no dancer but something makes me think of doing it, is those punches n kicks pulled out in this few seconds.
