Oasis reunion tour ticket fiasco

To claim Ticketmaster can’t handle the demand for big shows is ridiculous that what they are supposed to. You have one job Ticketmaster and you should be able to handle it in an easy to use fair way. 25 years ago Ticketmaster had no problem selling out entire stadium tours in minutes. I don’t know what percentage of tickets were sold online back then vs in person or on the phone but I do know that when I still had dial up internet it didn’t take 4 hours to get to a page to buy tickets where then they weren’t even available. If somehow the internet can’t handle sales then they should add phone lines and in person sales. But I don’t think that will happen because somehow the resellers who change thousands don’t have any problem purchasing their tickets only fans do!
