I have experienced .... they work as had too much of foot swelling and was not even condition to stand...
I used them for 5 days...and they worked wonders to relax my swellon foots, painful walk....i am fully happy with them

i have been using the Kinoki detox foot pads for a month now every night, as i have never detoxed b4 i think i should give them a good try -so i have bought 120 pairs of pads thats 240 single pads, so once i have used them all i will come back and write my review ps some nights I only wear one pad and swap to the other foot next night so could be a long time

Detox through the feet is not possible. In 2009 the Federal Trade Commission charged the marketers of Kinoki Foot Pads with deceptive advertising, including claims that use of the foot pads would remove toxins from the body, treat high blood pressure, depression, and other medical conditions. The complaint alleged that the advertising claims were either false or did not have evidence to support them. Kinoki was fined $14.5 million.

This is pure snake oil... the pads turn black and yuccy as soon as even distilled water is put on them.
The feet like the palms of the hands actually soak up any type of moisture placed on them for any amount of time.
So that being said the small amount of sweat through the night would activate the muck in the pad and that more of a one way type thing happens.
