Martha Stewart's recent appearance on the cover of Sports Illustrated magazine has stirred up quite a bit of conversation in the skincare world. At 81 years old, Martha looks incredible, but she denies ever having plastic surgery or that the photographs were airbrushed. So how does she look so amazing? It’s SO disappointing when people deny that they’ve had ‘work’ done!! It’s OBVIOUS that Martha has had AT LEAST a face/neck lift over five years ago…and, given her recently refreshed and youthful look, probably another recent lower lift. Anyone can see the difference when they compare her face from 10 years ago to now. Especially those of us who have had a lift…we can tell, Martha! Do celebrities think we’re that dumb? Martha looks great (but, we CAN tell)!!

Who cares if she's had work, or fillers, or treatments done. She's still showing an example of positive aging at 81 years old. We don't just want to stop feeling or being beautiful because we're "old." I say power to her bravery.

section, the lady had work done. How can a 81 year old women have a neck of a 20 or 30!year old women?.Gravity gets a hold of all of us regardless of what status you have in society. The doctor is a professional !

Dr Karam, I had a very good life style all my life. I am at the middle of sixty's. My skin is gorgeous, well treated every day for years. My genetics are really amazing concerning my skin. It's impossible to look like this at '81 I am sorry. Do you know Photoshop? All this publicity is still telling us the same thing "You can't be Happy if you don't look younger. Are we telling this to men...
Everybody is trying to sell us something these days. Sad.

There is a saying that after a certain age you have to choose between your face and your bottom and I have a feeling that in addition to her skin care routine, being overweight is at least doing her skin some favors .

Look at pictures of her hands. Tons of sun damage - very much like the hands of an older woman. Also, I have seen her in person and she does not look like that. She looks good for her age but nothing like that.
I would guess surgery fillers and photoshop

She didn't say they weren't airbrushed. All magazine pictures are. She says they weren't "over-retouched." They were, though. But she has taken care of herself and does look good for 81 anyway.

What a shame people have to lie about how they look at 81 years old. I am 71 and I have very good skin because I stayed out of the Sun. No matter, wrinkles come and they do not go away.

It’s all the pot she smokes that is keeping her looking young 😅 on a serious note she looks amazing 😉 it’s all about taking care of your yourself inside out and drinking plenty of water and please ladies Do Not Sleep with your make up on no matter how late you get home from the disco 💃🏻. I must agree with the comments. Making it easy is so very right Dr. Karam. The less one has to use the more thay are apt to use it. I think she has had work done.
