I see two distinct markets. The “regular” side with your stocks and bonds and your “car” side. The regular side is humming along and will be fine while the car market is seeing an adjustment for cars that were, to me, overvalued. The right cars for the evolving market are setting good prices. And correctly so.

25:00 on the Porsche to reduce the displacement it can be as simple as changing pistons and use high compression pistons (pistons with a dome). Or given it’s an air cooled 911 and the cylinders can be replaced like a aircooled motorcycle, probably they replaced the cylinders with ones with a smaller stroke.

We are in a downturn, I have sold over 50 cars on Bat. 95% Sold on no reserve 5% Was(did not sell)on a reserve. They seem to run an inefficient operation. It's not gonna improve much. Good luck out there. I think all Online public "Auctions" should go NO RESERVE all the time. Btw I'm a Licensed Texas Used retail dealer, and just do it as a hobby.

You’re missing the point of the CRX photo gallery. The photographer is making the car the focal point vs some fancy background. Also, results speak for themselves and that gallery that you called “amateur” are part of the reason why it’s gonna break records. Also, how is a 2300 lbs 2-seater not a “sports car”?

As a Honda salesman I sold a teacher a new CRV. She asked me to hep her transfer her stuff from her CRX trade in to the CRV.
The CRV couldn't hold it all. I was amazed.

I don't really want any Honda, but for 40 K I could have my pick of some pretty sweet BMW 2002s or even, maybe a Factory Five Cobra.
