Tibbs demands you play some defense

This current team is a defensive oriented.
Tyler lets too many opposing guards drive past him and into the lane for an easy layup
He also is getting abused on the pick and roll where he is having a hard time getting through the picks. It looks like he has glue on his uniform and can’t get loose for the opposing offensive player and recover on theses picks.
That is not going to fly with tibbs - you may look good on offense. But Tibbs mainly calls his time outs because of defensive lapses.
