The Miami metropolitan area is the second-most visited city or metropolitan statistical area in the U.S. after New York City, with over 4 million visitors as of 2022. I was in Miami around early 2000s maybe 2002, i don't recall looking so clean and developed. Its like the whole city was redeveloped with new skyscrapers now. What year did it start to change. It looks amazing now. In some ways it doesn't look like the states and more abroad looking.

5:00 wow wow wow excuse me but there was like at least 2 road signs indicating that the driver needs to let pedestrians pass the road!!!
I don't know anything about the driving rules in MIAMI but in my Country (Latvia 🇱🇻) U would be automatically fined!
