@abhi4u20 Unfortunately, in Word, you can't ungroup or delete parts of a shape to customize your SmartArt. You can only do that in PowerPoint (using a unique feature that lets you convert your SmartArt first).

@gcflearnfree does word 2010support type 1 font format i.e .pfm or .pfb files. i loaded them but not able to see them in home> fonts tab i can see only open type and true type formats.

Hi, I'd like to know how to REMOVE the 2nd Boxes in the Hierarchy Org Charts. They look like shadows, but are not. How do I DELETE them?
