He further hit out at BJP State President K Annamalai saying “Annamalai has crossed Dharma Line” and that his party workers will not tolerate any affront to the late Chief Minister J Jayalalitha and K Annamalai’s criticism of Dravidian stalwart C.N. Annadurai.

Annamalai needs until 2026 to put the party in a formidable position. After that he should part ways with the AIDMK. AIDMK mindset is nothing different than DMK ideology. ADMK only formed because MGR was being overshadowed by Karunanidhi's family and he didn't like that. It's not like there was a ideological shift. Annamalai should quit AIDMK once 2026 passes and make BJP the largest opposition to DMK.
