I just got my 2025 i4 my first EV car sedan. BMW owner since 2017, my third one now.

I kind of like it. Just wished the silver part would fit 100% of the container, as it is not fully filled until the bottom, like in the iX.
Still for me waaaay more elegant than a Tesla.

It had me fooled. I thought it was the same material as the IX. You’re saying it’s still pretty flimsy and plastic? Any worse than the previous one? I didn’t like that it had the divots that were hard to clean and keep looking nice

I won’t lie, I almost asked if they forgot to put my grill on after transport or something lol. I’m adjusting, but it’s still a bit jarring. Also, lots of leaves already and i’ve only had it about a week.

Use the exact same materials and look if you want to keep it in the family. Stop cheaping out to keep an aesthetic that just isn’t functional. German engineering should be well made and practical. I don’t mind the look of my i4 2024 grill by the way. Time will tell after my 4 year lease. Hope they figure it out by then so I can return as a satisfied customer. This for your great posts!

Bmw and their hideous designs 😅 never ending topic . Naa im in the minority who absolutely love the 4 series and 7 series and hated the ix now they bring the ix grill to i4😂
