Duel Trailer

An animated trailer about Steven Spielberg's highway thriller, Duel. The illustration style is inspired by Maurice Noble. Noble is well known for his background work on Bugs Bunny cartoons. The 1971 made for TV movie pits Dennis Weaver in his tiny Plymouth Valiant duelling with a mad man trucker behind the wheel of a six-ton Peterbilt. The music is taken from the film with some SFX thrown in for good measure. I created this cartoon using a combination of hand drawings, Photoshop animation, Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
