Brain Storming: 300 PRC or a 7 mm PRC

Between the 300 you are talking about and the 7 mm you're talking about. Those are 2 different types of recall between those rifles. Could your shoulder be able to handle the recoil? From those 2 rifles, you have to think about that.

If you want to get deer get the 7 PRC if you want to shoot elk and larger animals than deer get the 300 but make sure to put a muzzle brake on the 300 PRC so you don’t get scoped

If you don't have alot alot of time behind a rifle 7prc maybe even 6.5

Undoubtably the 7mm PRC. It's all around easier to work with, slightly better ballistic performance, easier to shoot in a hunting-weight rifle, etc.

Get the 300PRC. If you're gonna be a bear, be a grizzly.
