How to Track 3D text in After Effects - 3D Camera tracking tutorial for any Motion Designer

A short simple tutorial on how to track 3D text in Adobe After Effects. Tracking 2D text in 3d space looks awesome and is a skill every motion designer needs!

I will run you through how easy it is to use the 3D camera tracker in After Effects for any video backplate and then add great looking text or animated graphics.

We go over two different shots, one rotating camera and one forward moving, all in under 5 mins each!

What do I do when my text wont show up? ive done this in the past with no issue now when I select create text it shows text has been created yet I cannot see it

can this work with multiple titles? for example, let's say that you have 3 titles in a row along the z axis. and as the camera is pulling back in the scene, a title that was offscreen is now on the screen. if the camera pulls back far enough, you will see all the titles on the screen simultaneously.
