I think this scene prooved to me that with good writing and voice acting you can do wonders to characters. Just look at this, I think this is the best version of Calendar Man so far. I really liked him here. 10/10

You'd think a guy named "Calendar Man" and "Day" would just be a corny bootleg. But no. _This_ guy gives off the vibes of someone acutely aware of every passing moment, anytime, anywhere, and will _never_ forget it. He's pretty much Hannibal Lecter without the cannibalism.

For those unaware, the smooth silky voice of Calendar Man is David Dastmalchian, who played Thomas Schiff in The Dark Knight, and Polka Dot Man in James Gunn's Suicide Squad.

Guy's got range, and a lot of history with DC.

I never expected to see Calendar Man in such a Lecter-esque interpretation.

Calender man is called calender man due to his awareness and planning ability. He is sociopathic in nature and therefore has no quams with being so quietly maticulous. I love this, madness displaying itself not as just bloodlust, but a complete lack of limitation. Day has obviously devoted himself to his planning and foresight and will kill to ensure that the schedule is met.

“And just when you thought you cleaned it all up, What a ……… Joke” Chills every time. Such an amazing scene

I never realised someone like calendar man could be actually intimidating. Now I want so see Kite man and condiment king be dangerous batman villains now.

I find it funny that if Calender Man never gave him a clue, Batman would never have found out his archnemesis had escaped.

They really turned a C list villain into one of the highlights of a Batman animated movie.

some people would see Calander Man as a joke but he’s actually quite discreet, meticulous and intelligent man gives off a perfect Hannibal Lector or Gustavo Fring vibe

The whole design of Calendar Man was very subtle. His eyes and lips markedly effeminate, made him just attractive enough to be ingratiating, yet just incongruous enough with his hulking physique and masculine square jaw, to be uncanny and off putting. That push and pull is sold further by the voice acting, equal parts playful and polite, mocking and menacing. The ultra clear enunciation of every word projects a meticulous purposefulness and control, over himself, over Jim and Batman, over the entire situation. It is also interesting to have a man of perfect poise and elegance, with attractive features be shown last after the haggered and malformed rogues gallery that are shown in the other cells. Reminiscent of that opening scene in Silence of the Lambs. An extremely intruiging portrayal.

Calendar Man went hard in the comic, one of the few comics that actually interested me

What I like about this is how he's *literally* telling them who's doing it... there's nobody who desires the fall of Falcone more than Dent

When I first heard about Calendar Man I was like "that sounds goofy as fuck" but this movie changed my whole opinion on him.

I was honestly surprised so many people here also like Calendar Man’s performance. I came here just to look for this scene. It was so unnerving.

Everyone talking about Calendar Man, but no one talking about how Joker stockpiled all that food to cover his escape
