Watching this post live. I use libraries, as a print/art/textile designer, but need to organize them better, and save all patterns, brushes, textures, etc to use on my art. (When my W10 crashed, Ps reloaded lost all my presets, dumb me for not saving. Glad to see I can get them back, if I knew what version I was using at the crash. ) I found by pure accident one day, the box inside libraries, to make patterns, and change them, and went wild! I saved them to my Ps patterns, but yet to make a folder of patterns for Adobe Cloud. I see you took one art, and made another, but as a designer, I'd rather go into a library folder of just patterns or brushes or textures, as I do now within Ps, to find the right one, not search other designs for the right addition. I thought I heard you say, if you change any of them via the library, it will change them wherever else you have them in the library? ie other art pieces created? Can I organize the various subjects, brushes, patterns etc, and change the name slightly, to save into library folders of just that type element, brushes, patterns, textures, whatever? Or save to "patterns" in Ps, and then add to the library folder of "patterns"? Suggestions? I love what you did with creating this composite, gave me new ideas for my art, and I often composite in my art, and mix pattern and photo as you did here, but more as a usable design on products. Hi Colin, could you make a session about creating print files properly especially from huge PS files bigger than 2Gb and making a PDF without loss.
I would really appreciate it.
Greetings Andreas

Hello dear Colin Smith
I sent you pictures of the "Lady of a Good Star" I took on a trip to Portugal.
The photos sent to you were taken on a ONEPLUS 5T mobile phone.
The photo was taken abruptly, as the bus stopped at the side of the road in a steep ascent.
As you can see in the picture the sun was in front of me and I had to cut the perm and hide the sun's rays. Which caused me to damage the composition.
I live in Israel and there is a time difference between us of the globe. I think 10 hours back.
Unfortunately I could not be at the rate of being available online.
I would love to receive guidance on how to correct the image. And I will continue to follow your tutorials.
In any case I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart. You're just a very nice person.
And I learn a lot from you about the new Photoshop software techniques and tools I was unfamiliar with before.
My name is Avidan Yoram and I live in Israel. And I used to be an event photographer and I photographed with Palim
Sincerely, Avidan Yoram

Dang it - missed this one... Had some flooding issues in my basement with all the rain lately... Sooo watching the replay! I also get the "Something went wrong initializing Creative Cloud libraries" error. as well - wish Adobe would fix this... It still works, but i have to fight with it - on one computer. It seems ok on the laptop... It's really handy when it works.

I used the library to store my textures and skies.

Colin - you seemed to cram a little info into lots of time. You could have done the presentation much quicker. I watched for a few minutes and quit when you were droning on about all the things you have in your library. Please tighten things up a bit so these are succinct like your normal videos are. Even though we are in lockdown, our time is still valuable.
