#Live | ICJ delivers opinion on Israel's occupation on Palestinian territories

The International Court of Justice rules, by a vote of 14 to 1, that Israel must immediately cease all new settlement activities and evacuate all settlers from the occupied Palestinian territories.

The ICJ said that all Israeli settlement walls must be dismantled and that all those who were displaced from their homes as a result of the Israeli occupation must return to their homes. In the meantime, Israel must repair the damage it caused.

The ICJ finds that Israel's legislation and measures constitute a violation of Article 3 of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination and Apartheid.
