How to Create an MPM (Multi Product Message) Template | WhatsApp Automation

Description: In this video, we will guide you through the process of creating a Multi Product Message (MPM) template using WhatsApp Automation. Follow these steps to design your MPM template:
Go to "Channels" – "Template Manager" and then Click on "Create Template".
Enter a template name, select a template language, and choose a category.
Select the template type as "MPM (Multiproduct Message)".
There are three options: header, body, and footer.
Header: The header will be text, for example, "New".
Body: The body can have variables.
Footer: The footer is optional.

The "View Items" button will automatically appear when creating an MPM template.
Note: Headers are compulsory when creating an MPM template.
Click on "Submit Template" to create the MPM template.
