There is a reason why it was designed so, to not put heavy weight luggage such as water bottles(precisely), it breaks the head of the scooter with more stress of water rush while you apply brakes.

Gas cylinders are not supposed to be transported on its side. Should be kept vertical. Dangerous advise for the public and OLA.
