Does it come with the toolkit, or do you need to purchase that separately?

I have this bike for awhile now and love it but if you have it shipped things may have become loose during shipping I found many already parts that were pretty assembled bolts nuts are not tight enough I would suggest checking them. I had to makeshift a alien wrench by cutting about 1/2 inches to be able to get to back rake adjuster dye to motor housing, every bike, car, vehicle has it quirks you have to learn them work with them.

What name brand of the motor and the brakes. Like in a few years could ya replace the Motor hub with like a bfang? and what about the Brake can you put better brakes on K now some use non stander bike parts

I purchased this same bike at only 500miles the bike is dead with error called aostirmotor and they told me i need to purchase a new display ($70) i installed it and it still is getting error the connections are perfect, batt is replaced, controler replaced why am i still getting error 30? can the display be reset?

Hey, I am trying to get ahold of Aostirmotor endlessly. After simple assembly, I rode 3 miles, when I noticed the pedal was feeling wonky, I simply thought, "you get what you pay for". by mile 4 it was getting worse, so I turned back. I looked down and saw that the crank arm was moving from the Axl. so, I stopped pedaling and relied on the motor. But, I was forced to stop at a red light, and the crank arm completely fell off Axl and I went to the ground. I simply want to exchange this bike, as I have 6 miles total on it. I don't want a new repaired bike, I want a new bike. Please help

Hey thanks this was a nice slower speed install to watch. I just unboxed and assembled this bike. Nice packaging, by the way!
I have a question about the front tire, it fits snugly into the caliper and rests against the inside caliper so the wheel does Not spin freely. I noticed there is an extra ring washer (not the locking ones on each side), is that meant to provide additional spacing for the calipers? Or do I need to adjust and get more room on the calipers? I can't seem to easily adjust the front brake to eliminate friction from the caliper.
