I tried BTS jungkook's workout routine for 3 days and could not believe the results. Jungkook from BTS is known for being quite active, and Jungkook's workout routine was quick and effective. This is Jungkook's real workout routine from RUN BTS Episode 70 and I even included his warmup routine.
I also ate jungkook's favorite food and followed the infamous BTS diet. The BTS diet is similar to kpop diets and I would much rather eat like Jungkook. Jungkook from BTS is always smiling and I wanted to try to do a workout for my abs, legs, and arms! I am officially...a BTS ARMY. 💜#전정국 #BTS

10 jumping jacks
20 squats
20 push-ups
20 jump squats
20 pike push-ups
10 shoulder planks
20 mountain climbers
15 bupeers
20 crunches
20 supermans

I love that you intentionally covered up your weight. I never seen anyone do that on Youtube. It says alot about your love for people and your level of awareness.

I used to do this as my warm up before my workout last year, with non stop dance practice every day and I ate this really amazing salad all the time. It was the smallest my waist had ever been, the strongest my arms had ever been and over all the most confident I had ever been.

I'm going to start that again this Monday!! I can't wait🥰

So I followed this for a week and here is the result
Day-1 my legs are paining!
Day-2 my legs are sore
Day-3 A bit energetic
Day-4 feeling better
Day-5 easy
Day-6 no more leg pain
Day-7 the blast
Before:55kg
After:48kg

A few months ago I couldn’t do even half the workout, now I do at 2-3 times a day, progress takes time, please don’t be harsh on yourself guys, we can do this!! <333

Somewhere in Korea, Jungkook might actually be working out, imagine starting the same time as him n you would actually be doing the same exact thing!
Probability is less but its exciting to even think about it!🙈

I tried normal workout videos but I find it demotivating how "perfect" and unphased the instructors are, they make it look so easy while I am dying trying to follow the exercises lol
