Bakery System and Automation Course Day 3 Highlights

These are highlights from the last day of the Bakery System and Automation Course. Participants were given a lecture on functions of ingredients in cake-making as well as presentations from Oshikiri and Aeros. Workshop session covered production of all-in mamon using the Aeros Continuous Aerator. The session ended with product discussion and evaluation. The 3-day seminar concluded with awarding and acknowledgements from the organizers.
