Reassuring to know it’s not only me having a problem of setting a nicely doted float for silvers to find it disappears underwater later in the session, unfortunately in my late 60s re trimming on the bank with finesse is difficult, So definitely got to give this a try (cheers for the tip)

I’ve been doing this for a year (suspect we saw the same video) and now add one small stotz on every rig when making them up (size dependent on bristle thickness/type).
