Thank you for the video! My father's 2000 TJ had the relay in the exact same spot as yours did. I was expecting it to be right under the steering wheel top plate, so your video saved me a ton of time figuring out where else it could be.

If you truly want you can zip tie it but you don't really need to but thank you for letting me know where it is.

The best way to actually remove this is push in the relay they were meant to come out easy no fuss no need to get extra toold
