He has asthma. A lot and I mean a lot of guys in jail request to go to the hospital just for the sake of getting out of their jail cell. I've seen a guy intentionally roll off his top bunk and fracture his own arm just to go to hospital. He came right back to the same jail cell when it was done. They keep you handcuffed to the hospital bed so it's not like you can make an escape and they are not going to drop your criminal charges because you have a medical condition.
