A year ago today almost down to the hour I was at John's Hopkins Hospital laying in an MRI machine for a test that took an hour to do I had to be perfectly still or they were gonna redo it. I wasn't able to take my usual medicine to settle my nerves because I was scheduled for brain surgery the next day so one of the techs gave me a pair of headphones to wear and I had her put on danheim radio shortly after the machine started up I felt my anxiety starting to climb but this song came on it was like a massive wave of peace washed over me and my body and mind instantly settled and I was calm and very relaxed for the rest of the test. Since then I've had another brain surgery and several procedures and will eventually need another brain surgery to fix a few things. you, Danheim Heilung, nytt land and so many others have helped me through some crazy times and I'm forever thankful for you all!

I am a follower of Loki and listening to this song makes a warmth wash over me like i've never felt before. My local amusement park called Adventureland just opened a Viking themed coaster and log ride, and in the queue line they play this exact song! I went searching for Viking music on YouTube but I never thought I would actually find this song! Btw my main heritage is Norwegian so I’m proud to have Viking blood!
