Splurged on the Yeti Boomer 8 since I wanted a lifelong durable water bowl to travel with and take to beach, or have by the pool. Like to keep ice water extra cool for our two water dogs when they're playing hard. When it arrived, filled with reverse osmosis water (read: no nasty chems/minerals in the water), and set by the pool for our dogs for the afternoon.

Next day - tiny rust spots all over the interior of the bowl. Are you kidding me? 18/8 stainless steel doesn't rust like that. ONE DAY. What a joke. Bought a bowl for a lifetime and it lasted an afternoon. My first (and last!) impression with the Yeti brand. THIS level of product quality is what all the hype is about????

Dumb move by Yeti in my opinion. My dog drinks room temp toilet water, not sure why I need a "durable" dog bowl ?
