He may be an excellent guitarist, but this explanation makes no sense. What is apoyando used for? When is it it better? When it should not be used? No answers given. I personally use apoyando quite rarely and only for p-finger to get more deep sound. Never using with other fingers (also for me because of my nails it is a bit wacky and uncomfortable)

Solo está planteando que el apoyado es un movimiento más natural que el tirado hablando desde la biomecánica, ya que dicho movimiento se da sin procesos mentales abstractos que si requiere el movimiento tirado, nunca dice que es mejor o peor uno u otro, parece increible que en pleno siglo XXI aún tengamos este debate, señores los movimientos son recursos y si no los desarrollan su técnica no tendrá ese recurso, nada más, Marco solo explica como funcionan los movimientos. Otra cosa, para los que no le encuentran utildad al apoyado, les puede servir para apagar voces y si no pueden tocar con mayor volúmen al usarlo, lo están haciendo mal.

Sonó más soberbio que sabio jeje. La interpretación newtoniana (algo estirada) y hasta la fecha que da como que sobra jejeje.
Pero en fín; la vida de un crítico es sencilla en muchos aspectos, arriesgamos poco, y tenemos poder sobre aquellos que ofrecen su trabajo y su servicio a nuestro juicio...

Even though I admire Marco Tamayo's performances, he's an indisputable top-level guitarist and I'm in no position to judge or criticize, I find his explanation of the apoyando technique a little bit wordy, obscure and not precise. Thank you anyways for the content!!

You may have interpreted physics correctly but you're not an engineer. There is no base, only purpose.
