We already have a packed, politically motivated court. How do we return to an apolitical, balanced court without restructuring?

Idk how Sen Whitehouse continues to fight every day. Trying to make change, get results or even educate his colleagues must be infuriating and mind numbing at the same time. I get angry just watching, I can't imagine having to have the same conversation every day with people that refuse to do what is ethically and morally right.
