I do have a doubt, though, ma'am. At 6:48,
If we are adding the SE to the sphere component, why is there a change in the cylindrical value since we have already accounted for that with the SE?

Accent and r sound is little irritating but it's so informative that I ignored it mine is also not perfect and sometimes my own accent irritates me and hence I improved upon my accent and pronunciations and still Improving but thanks it's very very informative such practical really useful things we were not taught by our consultants and were taunted, irritated for theoretical non sense and insignificant stuff, useless consultants absolutely useless and irritating ! Thanks for giving us the right accurate information thats actually practically very very significant amd useful ! while refining the axis of cyl if patient say minus side is better why should we trun around the minus axis .why we can't rotate towards the plus axis .

Mam ..this is ok ..but when I do JCC .if the patient with - cyl after flipping JCC, pt reports red line is more clear, then theoretically we add minus power .right? But whether we done it practically it's not confirming the power ..y?
