Revisiting my slowest PC after8 years since I uploaded the first video on its speed, since then I was able to fine some workarounds.

Very good music choice across all 3 parts. I also didn't expect it to be RAM and thought it was HDD's fault or a slow CPU. I guess the video helped me expand my PC knowledge even further!

My laptop is 5 years old and its still working perfectly but its upgreaded from 4gb ram to 12gb and from 7200rpm hdd to ssd and its great

Try to put windows 10 on it
Than put the crappy ram stick back in it and tell me how many years it takes to boot up

Well now try to install some modern version of Windows like 7 or a light weight Linux distribution

today I got recommended your old videos. Opened the channel and found this. w0w.
maybe try upgrading it to full brim and change the IDE HDD to an IDE to SD card converter to run an SD card as HDD.
Also, I remember these RAMs being repairable where they just have to resolder the RAMchips.

Doesn't matter if it's slow or not. What matters is that it can run DOOM (it can definitely run quake, so I can assume it can run DOOM as well)
