This movie was so much better than anticipated. I started watching it with very little expectations which it obviously exceeded! Action, drama, suspense, and the character story all were exceptional!

Saw this movie today.  It was great.  The acting and the action is high quality.  James Franco is the perfect villain.  I hope there is a sequel.  Unfortunately they did not do much to promote this movie.

Just watched this movie, it's been slated, given low ratings, but I really enjoyed it, and the acting was spot on. Brilliant ending, gonna watch it again.

This movie was surprisingly enjoyable. Very different from what I expected. A crime thriller with a sci-fi element. If you can go with the genre mashup, it's really a good watch. The critics have sticks up their asses.

I'm really glad that gritty sci-fi action movies are starting to make a comeback. 'Kin' and 'Upgrade' are two movies I'll definitely be watching in theaters.
