Depending on your state, the government has a biz development centers that offers free classes seminars and consulting as well.

The majority of the time, all your questions can be answered by people made available to you free of charge.

That's not what an LLC is. It means limited liability Corporation which is great for small businesses who don't have larger masses of employees to manage where they would need a large group of lawyers to work with. This keeps the business owners personal properties safe from liquidation if the business you should go under. It also keeps the business owner safe from liability if someone should be harmed by their product.
