Clumsy Net. Especially on heroes like Jugg (immune during both spin and omni), Axe (keep people in spin), Underlord, Dark Seer... List goes on. One of the best neutral items in the game imo. Plus the mana regen and stats are just amazing. You can even use it as a set up for arrows, hooks, lina stun etc, or to keep a high ground advantage... List goes on in this too.

4k player here, i actually didnt know u can rebuy recipe to refresh drums charges, i always just sell the drums and rebuy it for late game as a support, video is rlly helpful

Can confirm, I had an illusionist cape while playing dark seer, and I would ion shell+surge it straight down a lane to cut/clear/farm waves every time it was off cooldown (with the help of octarine + CD talent), and I fooled the enemy team 4 times that game into using their high cooldown spells, even one enemy said in all chat that he told them every time, it was a bait, but no one believed him.

sometimes blade mail is actually good to be used not in retribution, but as a repel. SO it might be good on some heroes who want to stay in fight longer. Spectre being one good example.

I think one of the most badly used items is philosopher stone: when you're dead you can equip it and get extra gold while you're down. Same goes for the trusty shovel: you can just keep it in backpack as a support and swap it with the neutral item you have to use it of cool down to get extra gold, scrolls, stuff

counter against illusionist cape or illusion rune: check items first. if it has a bottle, it might be illusion rune. if they don't have bottle or manta, it might be illusionist cape.

I followed your farming patterns for jug and was 36k gold at end of match. Problem is I ulted lifestealer and I watched the replay and ds threw a lotus right as I was ulting. It would have been fine but I was mega farmed and cost us the game. Speeed how do you counter a counter

How about Sange & Yasha? I see people buying it when they don't have lifesteal or much regen, which seems to be throwing away like a third of the item. I'm sure it has its uses, but it's kinda a strange item despite seeming straightforward, and I'm not sure when you should buy it.
