President Vladimir #Putin told French counterpart Emmanuel #Macron on Friday that the West was ignoring Moscow's security concerns over #Ukraine but added that #Russia would hold off from taking action immediately. FRANCE 24's International Affairs Editor Armen Georgian tells us more.

the only negotiation that should take place with Russia is : Stay on your side of the border and no member of Nato will cross over your border. anything that crosses a national border is subject to destruction. base troops and have exercises where ever you want inside of your borders or international waters/airspace but any incursion into another nations territory will result in swift destruction of that asset, Russia is expected to do the same if something crosses into its territory. end of negotiation.

Russia will respect the Sovereignty of Ukraine the same way France, Britain and the US respected the sovereignty of Libya, Serbia and Syria.

In my opinion, the best solution would be an EU agreement (without the US) with the Russians, affirming the guarantee of neutrality forever for Ukraine, Georgia and Belarus (just as Finland is today and has never been threatened by the Russians), special status for Russians residing in Donbass, as well as ethnic Russians in Georgia, as was done in Chechnya by the Russians themselves.
On the other hand, the departure of Russian troops from Ossetia and the return of Donbass to the Ukrainian government. I see NATO as an American tool that has reached the end of the road with this whole event!

Does Mr. Macron understand that Russia views France to be as much of a problem in the EU as Belgium, Denmark, the UK and Germany? The ploy of trying to say the US is the boss over NATO and the World Bank is about as naive as staying in a high stakes poker game while holding a 'busted flush'.
