Items I would add to this list. Glass LCD protector, fits in there perfectly and makes it easier to clean the "screen." Peak design Cuff for added security, and the Capture Clip for easy on easy off two must have item for vacation and hiking. Also I do recommend one of those gopro hotshoe mount too. Easy to put on a light or a 360 cam on top.

I have all but the eye cup. Love my Small Rig L bracket as it allows vertical mounting, thus relieving stress on your ball head.

I've been subscribed to your channel for a few months after buying my XT5. Love your explanations and enthusiasm. Apropos of your movie trivia, I would be shocked if someone hadn't already told you that you're the "Rick Moranis" of the YouTube camera channel. You give off a very wholesome vibe that makes it clear you're Canadian (but I think some Americans could pull it off under the right training and circumstances). I might be wrong about that Canadian thing, but just a hunch. Anyway, the "honey I shrunk the camera" atmosphere makes watching your videos fun.

I never would have guessed the shutter release looked like that. It would have bugged me that it appeared to be missing a part by the threaded hole being there.

Two things that transformed how I performed as a documentary photographer. Having a concave shutter button and a wrist strap. People are far more likely to welcome you into their world when they see someone approaching with a camera down beside their leg than across their chest.

I find a wooden 'convex' shutter button enables a better rolling of the finger to release the shutter in a more stable manner. Each to their own.

My favorite accessory is my Gutty Nikon-to-Fuji adapter for $20. It lets me use my collection of manual Nikkor lenses with the Fuji, including my 55mm Micro-Nikkor. I don't need extension tubes!
