I just adore the way they decided to attack. It was like the real german tactics.

Amazing the amount of detail the engineer has put into the sound. . . . the way it changes pitch when the plane twists and turns is amazing, the fact that you get that rich cross over effect when in the air but it doesn't come off as a single note or mere triggered sample when hearing it from the ground. The Audio technician definitely put their heart and soul into it. I also like the fact that you can see the two smaller siren propellers on the planes spin as they fly over.

An odd fact. . . . . most of the Stukka dive bomber pilots forcefully removed the sirens from their planes against orders. Because the sound was literally deafening to the pilot and they hated having it ring in their ears hours after they they left the cockpit.

This is a sad story.

My grandpa was visiting our house and he fought in WWII at Dunkirk.
I was listening to this video and i remember my grandpa walking in and seeing the planes.
He just stared. I looked at him and he looked at me and he i will never forget what he said..
