Jack Frost/Katniss Everdeen (mep part)

I had a plan for the whole thing when I signed up for this mep but I forgot it so I just made this quick terrible thing like ugh it's so bad.
It doesn't even have a story, but basically Jack takes Gale's place in the Hunger Games story and Katniss chooses him instead of Peeta. Idk it's just weird.
